What Is Offered At Elevate Wellness?
Elevate Wellness offers face to face individual and small group Physiotherapy services. All services are delivered by a physiotherapist and therefore clients may be eligible for a rebate from their private health insurer. Hicaps is available at Elevate Wellness.
Assessment Consultation (500) $120
For all new clients. Assessment includes thorough history, physical examination, treatment/introduction to exercise equipment and home exercise prescription.
Subsequent Consultation (505) $90
Follow Up physiotherapy treatments after an initial consultation.
Small group clinical exercise class with up to 4 people in the studio. The class is 55 minutes. An initial individual physiotherapy assessment (45mins) is conducted prior to group sessions. This includes injury history, goal setting and equipment introduction. Each session is conducted by a physiotherapist whereby the client is taught their own individually tailored program based on specific goals.
$48 for single session
$430 for 10 sessions
Physiotherapy led exercise class with up to 2 people in the studio. The class is 45 minutes. An initial individual assessment (45mins) is conducted prior to commencement of exercise sessions. This assessment includes injury history, goal setting and exercise equipment introduction. Each client is taught their own individually tailored program based on specific goals. Ideal for those who want to do their session with the support of a family member or friend.
$65 per person for 45 minute session
$600 for 10 sessions
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling with less than 18 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the session.
